Can I have my item delivered to a post office?

No.  Freight handling companies can only deliver to a residential or business address.  PO Boxes are not accepted.  We can however arrange for your order to be held at the freight company's depot for your collection.  Contact us HERE to see if we can do this for you.


Do you ship overseas?

Currently we only offer door to door delivery to Australian addresses.


Delivery Address & Email address.

Pleae check and update your delivery address prior to payment.  The Ice Box Bloke will not accept any loss or damages occured from delivering to an incorrect or invalid address supplied to us, either directly by you or indirectly by your Paypal account.  Any changes to the delivery details needs to be in writing/email prior to your item being despatched.  You must quote the transaction ID number/invoice number with your request. 

Please also ensure that your email address is correct.  We will be using this to provide you with valuable information, including your tracking number and when to expect delivery. The Ice Box Bloke will not accept any loss or damages incurred as a result of incorrect email addresses being provided.


How long will my delivery take?

The Ice Box Bloke is located on the east coast of Queensland.  Delivery times are approximate and are subject to the efficiency of the freight companies.  If you would like an accurate estimation of freight delivery time, please contact us HERE with your location.  The Ice Box Bloke is not responsible for any delays resulting from the handling of your freight by third party freight companies, or their contractors.

Why are shipping costs $999?

Shipping costs are calculated on the cubic volume of items purchased.  If shipping states $999 this is incorrect and you will need to contact us direct for special bulk volume discounts.  You can contact us by clicking HERE.

PayPal provides the secure gateway for the processing of payments.  You DO NOT need a paypal account to purchase from The Ice Box Boke.  Payment can be made through checkout with a valid Visa or Mastercard.  If you have a Paypal account you can also sign into your account to make a payment.

Remote/Rural Delivery Zones.

CONTACT US HERE to confirm your delivery area and/or costs.  Be rest assured 99% of delivery areas require no additional charges at all.  Most of the High Risk regions are simply rural/remote parts of Australia, or Islands that are off Australia's coastline.


We currently provide direct door delivery to MOST Australian postcodes, however The Ice Box Bloke reserves the right to avoid or cancel orders, or quote additional freight charges, even after checkout is completed to certain areas around Australia that are classed as HIGH RISK delivery areas.  If you suspect you may fall into a High Risk Delivery Area, please make contact with us prior to purchase to ensure that additional charges do not apply.  Additional charges occur for certain areas due to the extra distance required to ship freight, or due to the number of freight companies that are contracted to make the one delivery.  The Ice Box Bloke will always offer a full refund in the event you do not wish to proceed with a delivery that falls into a high risk delivery area, if you do not wish to pay additional handling charges.  High Risk Delivery areas are areas that fall into one of or more of the following categories:

ATL: Authority to Leave:  What is this?

Some items freighted to you will be subjected to an ATL arrangement unless otherwise organised with The Ice Box Bloke.  ATL means Authority To Leave.  When your order is delivered to the address you nominate at checkout, the freight driver will have you sign for your delivery.  If no-one is at the delivery address to sign for the delivery, the freight company will leave the item at the delivery address. 

You can track your purchase with a tracking number which is supplied to you once your item is packed for despatch.  This will assist you in knowing when your delivery might take place.  The Ice Box Bloke will not accept any losses or damages incurred as a result of items being left unattended at your delivery address.  If you wish to arrange for the freight depot to hold your delivery please contact us HERE.


Returns & Refunds

In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business if the goods purchased are faulty, not fit for purpose or don't match the seller's description.  Refunds are not offered for change of mind.  You must securely repackage the item to original condition and provide a copy of the original purchase receipt.  You must also contact us for the correct return shipping address details in your area, and be provided with a controlled return number from us.  This will properly identify the returned product as being yours, and allow us to quickly process your return claim.  We also recommend that you use a tracked or registered post service.  The Ice Box Bloke cannot be held liable for any courier charges, insurance costs or lost parcels.  We do not repay delivery and/or insurance charges.
